Nobufil's ABS filament is made from recycled plastics. These are production wastes that arise during industrial processing. Thanks to special modification, this material tends to warp significantly less than filaments made from conventional ABS and has a reduced odor. This means that processing on printers with an open installation space is also possible.
The physical properties of Nobufil ABSx include high tensile strength and stiffness. It also has good heat and chemical resistance. Printed parts can then be easily reworked. This makes this material particularly suitable for the production of prototypes, models and small series of technical parts.
- Temperature resistance up to approx. 90°C
- Wide range of colors due to low inherent color
- Easy to print even with open installation space
- Low odor development
- High level of detail even with complex geometries
Print Settings
- Print temperature: 260°C ± 10
- Bed temp: 100°C ± 10
- Printing surface: textured PEI sheet
- Fan speed: max 15%
