Nobufil Shipping Policy

 

The shipping time is the next:

• Austria: 1-2 business days. 

• Germany: 2-4 business days.

• The rest of the EU: 5-10 working days. 

 

The shipping fees are the following:

• Austria: 3.70€ (free shipping on orders over 75€)

• Germany: 6.50€ (free shipping for orders over 75€)

• The rest of the EU: 9.90€ (free shipping for orders over 98€)

 

Delivery and tracking details will be emailed to you.

Nobufil offers free shipping on its products for :

​

• Austria: from an order value of 75€ +

• Germany: Orders from 75€ +

• the rest of the EU: orders from 98€ +

 

 

Nobufil Shipping Options:

We offer shipping with Austrian Post for our national and international deliveries. 

Delivery times are calculated from the time the package leaves the Nobufil factory and are approximate delivery times provided to us by Austrian Post. There can be various reasons why a shipment is delivered later (customs and other delays).

Please ensure your order is shipped to an address where you can receive the package during business hours.

Package Tracking

We provide you with the tracking details for all our shipments.  You can track your package with the tracking number you received from us by email. Enter this number on the Austrian Post Track & Trace page to see where your order is.

Pick-up option 

​

You can use the pick-up option if you want to drop by our headquarter in Krems an der Donau.

Note: All orders must be ordered online and prepaid. You will be notified when your order is ready. Please don't pass by by accident right after placing your order. Check with our the best timing.
